In the coming months we will be migrating all existing customers to our next generation hosting platform. To prepare for this we ask that all resellers using custom name servers confirm\u00a0that they are using our latest name server IPs.<\/p>\n

This applies only to resellers who have domains pointed to custom name servers (ie. ns1.yourdomain.com<\/strong> and ns2.yourdomain.com<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

If you have not created custom name servers and all of your domains are pointed to our default name servers (ns1.varialhosting.com, ns2.varialhosting.com, ns3.varialhosting.com and ns4.varialhosting.com) you do not need to make any changes.<\/p>\n

Your custom name servers should be pointed to the following IPs:<\/p>\n

ns1 =\u00a0167.114.2.246<\/strong>
\nns2 =\u00a0107.191.99.178<\/strong>
\nns3 =\u00a0209.141.39.238<\/strong> (optional)
\nns4 =\u00a0185.34.216.121<\/strong> (optional)<\/p>\n

Please ensure that your custom name servers are pointed to these IPs at both the server and registrar level by Friday, May 13, 2016<\/strong>. Failure to update your custom name server IPs by this date may result in an interruption of your service when servers on our legacy platform are decommissioned later this year and removed from our DNS cluster.<\/p>\n

If you are using custom name servers and would like assistance making this change please contact our Support department<\/a> and we will gladly help you to make these changes.<\/p>\n
