  1. Where are your servers located?

    Our servers are located in a state of the art Canadian data center featuring energy efficient technologies and a historically fast and reliable network.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer and cheque or money order.
  3. How do I mail in a payment?

    If you wish to send payment for an invoice by cheque or money order, please make the payment payable to Varial Technologies, Inc. in the currency indicated on your invoice and send it to the following address:

    Please include your invoice number as a note with your payment so we may credit the payment to the correct account.

  4. How do I pay by Interac e-Transfer?

    Simply select the Interac e-Transfer option on our order form and send an e-Transfer from your participating bank to billing@varialhosting.com. Your e-Transfer will be automatically deposited into our bank account without a security question needing to be provided.

    Please include your invoice number as a note with your payment so we may credit the payment to the correct account.

  5. Do I have to pay tax on your services?

    Canadian customers residing in Saskatchewan are required to pay 5% GST and 6% PST. Canadian customers residing in Ontario are required to pay 13% HST. Canadian customers residing in the provinces of New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island are required to pay 15% HST. All other Canadian customers are required to pay 5% GST. Taxes will be calculated and added to your invoice upon ordering.

    Customers residing outside of Canada are not required to pay tax on their orders.

  6. What billing cycles are available?

    Domain names can be registered for as little as 1 year to a maximum of 10 years.

    With our hosting plans we offer 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 2 year and 3 year billing cycles. Discounts apply when you sign up for a year of hosting or longer!

  7. Can I upgrade my hosting plan at any time?

    You can upgrade your hosting plan at any time through your client area account or by contacting our billing department. You will be billed for the difference in price for the remainder of your billing cycle.
